Ms. Chu founded DayDayCook in 2012 and have since won numerous awards as visionary entrepreneur in the cooking and lifestyle community​. She was the former HSBC Head of Equities Research (Private Bank) prior to founding DayDayCook.

Ms. Lui has 30+ years of experience in financial management particularly for PRC and cross-border start-ups​. She also holds an MBA degree, and is a HK CPA, AICPA and Canadian CPA.

Mr. Mouw has over 30 years extensive experience in the food industry includes both convenience driven products such as confectionary, water and biscuits as well as planned purchase driven products such as juices, pasta and ready meals. Former Regional President Asia, Africa and Australia for Barilla SpA. and General Manager for Danone SA in China. Mr Mouw’s has experience with both emerging markets ranging from China to Turkey to Russia as well as developed markets ranging from Australia to Japan and Korea.

Ms. Wei Qiao has been a financial consultant at TalkingData Group Holding Ltd., a premier big data enterprise and major independent data intelligence service provider in China, since January 2022, where she was mainly responsible for managing the company’s daily financial operations, ensuring financial health and overseeing financial budgets, forecast and planning. Prior to that, she worked at Mogu Inc., a leading social e-commerce platform listed on the NYSE, from June 2015 to March 2021, with her last position as a financial consultant. She was mainly responsible for offering consulting services for daily financial operations, overseeing financial operations and legal matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ms. Qiao graduated from the Renmin University of China with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics in 2003, and obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from Peking University in 2016.

Mr. Shih has over 30 years experience in food and hospitality industry in China. Mr. Shih is currently a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of OYO Hotel Company, a unicorn start-up backed by Softbank in China. Previously Mr. Shih has served as CEO of PepsiCo Investment (China) Ltd., Asia Pacific Managing Director for Red Bull Gmbh as well as Chairman and CEO of Accor Great China.
